I have just been sent an email containing a link to the Daily Star website where they have published a video clip entitled "Gazza Loses Plot".

I unfortunately watched this video clip and find myself disgusted at the Daily Stars irresponsible reporting. There ongoing pursuit of someone who would appear to be suffering from mental health problems is a disgrace.

I like many others, have fond memories of Gazza as a footballer. It saddens me to witness his apparent fall fom grace. I do not support Rangers, Newcastle, Tottenham or any of his former clubs, however, this has nothing to do with football. This is about a newspaper taking advantage of a mans ill health to sell more newspapers.

As a former Daily Star reader, I have always felt that the newspaper struggled to produce a product worthy of its 25 pence price tag. However, this would be a new low and I shall not be purchasing this newspaper again.

I urge all those who like me, have enjoyed watching moments of brilliance from the former footballing genius that is 'Gazza'to boycott this newsapaper until a public apology is issued and until they agree to stop following and badgering this poor man.

I feel for Gazza and his family and believe they deserve better from this poor excuse of a national newspaper.
